Neon™ NxT Electroporation System 100-μL Kit (Invitrogen™)

The Neon NxT Electroporation System 100-μL Kit is designed specifically for use with the Neon NxT Electroporation System. Use this kit for transfection volumes of 100 μL, containing 5 × 10⁵–2 × 10⁶ adherent cells or 1 × 10⁶–5 × 10⁶ suspension cells. Cells that have been transfected using the included 100-μL Neon NxT tips are then ready to be washed and plated into a multi-well culture dish.
