xMAP™ Sheath Concentrate PLUS, RUO (Invitrogen™)

xMAP Sheath Concentrate PLUS, RUO, is the delivery medium that carries the sample to the optics component of Luminex xMAP technology-based instruments. It is needed to operate all Luminex 200, FLEXMAP 3D, xMAP INTELLIFLEX, and xMAP INTELLIFLEX DRSE systems.

xMAP Sheath Concentrate PLUS, RUO, is conveniently packaged as a concentrated fluid (20X) that is diluted before use. It is also available at a 1X concentration (Cat. No. 4050021).

This is a reformulation of xMAP Sheath Fluid Concentrate (Cat. No. 4050018). The formulation is updated from a single preservative to a mixture of three preservatives to allow for greater transit stability and to reduce the likelihood of future acquired microbial resistance.
