Compatable for use with Western Breeze™ protocols, this ready-to-use solution of 5-bromo-4-chloro-3-indolyl-1-phosphate (BCIP) and nitroblue tetrazolium (NBT) will forms a black-purple precipitate upon reaction with alkaline phosphatase.
