E-Gel™ Low Range Quantitative DNA Ladder (Invitrogen™)

Invitrogen E-Gel Low Range Quantitative DNA Ladder is designed for sizing and approximate quantification of double-stranded DNA in the range of 100 bp to 2,000 bp. E-Gel Low Range Quantitative DNA Ladder consists of five individual chromatography-purified DNA fragments.

E-Gel Low Range Quantitative DNA Ladder is specifically formulated for optimal performance on pre-cast E-Gel agarose gels.

Product use
The double-stranded DNA ladder can be visualized on 1% E-Gel agarose gels. The ladder is designed with DNA bands of increasing intensity. An exact amount of DNA in each band allows approximate quantification of DNA samples.
