The Ambion® NorthernMax® Transfer Buffer is faster and more efficient than standard, overnight transfer buffer. Transfer is complete in 1.5–2 hr. One bottle containing 1 L is provided. Transfer buffer is not compatible with nitrocellulose membrane. NorthernMax® reagents are the same components included in the NorthernMax® Ultrasensitive Northern Blotting Kits but in larger sizes.
