CaptureSelect FcXP Affinity Matrix is offered here in a pre-packed format with connectors that are compatible with standard chromatography equipment.

CaptureSelect FcXP Affinity Matrix is the successor to CaptureSelect FcXL Affinity Matrix, specifically designed for higher binding capacity. The selectivity is identical; the ligand recognizes the CH3 domain of all human IgG subclasses (IgG1, 2, 3, and 4). But the matrix features an increased binding capacity (>40 g IgG/L), while maintaining the elution characteristics of CaptureSelect FcXL Affinity Matrix.

Features of this affinity matrix include:
• Mild elution, making it suitable for Fc fusion proteins
• Human specific, no binding to bovine antibodies
• Excellent scalability
