Thermo Scientific Imject Maleimide Conjugation Buffer, formulation: 0.083M sodium phosphate, 0.1M EDTA, 0.9M NaCl, 0.1M sorbitol and 0.02% sodium azide; pH 7.2. 30 mL of this buffer is suffienct for dissolving up to 60 mg of sulfhydryl-peptide for maleimide conjugation with carrier proteins.
